Build Your Presentation

Thoroughly research your topic and structure your content in a clear, logical flow. Include examples or use cases to bring your points to life. Enhance your presentation with visual aids such as slides, images, or videos to keep your audience engaged. Rehearse multiple times to boost your confidence and ensure seamless transitions between sections. Lastly, be ready to answer questions and participate in discussions, demonstrating both enthusiasm and expertise in your subject. Good luck!

Super Froum 2025 - What to Expect

AUDIO VISUAL Guidelines:

  • All meeting rooms are equipped with the following:
  • LCD projector (16:9 format) and screen
  • Lectern with a wired podium microphone
  • Panel table with a wired microphone
  • Wireless Internet access

Presenters must bring their laptops and any necessary adapters. HDMI connectors will be provided in each room. However, if you require a different converter (e.g., VGA, DVI, Apple, etc.), please bring it with you. Should you need an additional converter on-site, visit the AV team in the Presenter Ready Room the day before your session. For additional AV needs, email superforum@higherlogic.com to request support. All requests will be reviewed and approved by the program chair as needed.

Internet Access: Wireless internet will be available in every session room, with a dedicated Wi-Fi access code for presenters to use during their sessions. If you are planning to conduct a live demo, please be aware that some host systems may become unavailable, or connectivity could be disrupted. To mitigate this risk, it is strongly recommended to have screenshots as a backup.

Recording Guidelines: All sessions will have their audio recorded unless otherwise specified. To ensure the best quality, always use the provided microphones, especially when answering audience questions. If your room does not have a separate microphone for audience questions, please repeat the question before responding to include it in the recording.

Fire Code Compliance: Before starting your presentation, kindly ask any standing attendees to find a seat to comply with fire safety regulations. In some venues, a Fire Marshall may be present to ensure adherence to these guidelines for everyone’s safety.

Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you a successful presentation!

CAE (Certified Association Executive)

All approved sessions will be reviewed by ASAE to confirm if they will qualify for CAE credits. As the speaker, to be eligible for CAE credit, courses must be directly related to association or nonprofit management topics as defined by the CAE Exam Content Outline. If your session is selected as CAE you will be notified by February 7, 2025.
