Michael Davenport has spent more than eight years supporting, implementing, and presenting SaaS services in several different industries.
He began his career in tech support as a Vendor Support Representative and Client Success Manager at CommerceHub. In 2018, Michael joined Higher Logic where he has worked in multiple departments and now serves as Senior Solutions Architect – building demos and providing sales enablement across all products.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Political Science and Government from Hartwick College.
