As a member of the Gain Grow Retain team, I am excited to use my skill set to help build foundational processes, identify and develop strategy, and above all, understand the needs of the GGR audience as we work to build out our community focused on connections and networking.

My roles as Director of Education and Director of Content Development have provided the foundation that will allow me to help take the work already been done and strengthen it to allow Gain Grow Retain to become the premier place for those already in Customer Success or working to break into this industry.
