Heather McNair has centered her career around developing loyal customers for over 20 years, with experience across the association, software and publishing industries. She is passionate about using technology to increase member engagement and retention. Heather is the CEO and a founding partner of Cloud Generation, an innovative cloud-based platform purposely designed for end-to-end management of certification programs. Prior to Cloud Generation, Heather served as the Chief Community Officer at Higher Logic, leading customer success, education and strategy for over eight years of the company’s growth, and is regarded as a pioneer in online communities.
