Déja Boyd, a 28-year-old Marketing and Communications Associate for The International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) and business owner is a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for excellence. She is a graduate of the #1 Public Historical Black College and University (HBCU) in the nation, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She has honed her skills in Marketing and Communications through her work at IACLEA, where she has been an integral team member for a year. Her dedication to her craft has enabled her to develop a keen understanding of the industry, which she leverages to create impactful marketing campaigns that will spark change within communities worldwide.
In addition to her work at IACLEA, Déja is also a successful business owner. Her entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach to teaching low-income communities how to swim have enabled her to grow her business into a ‘blooming’ enterprise. Her ability to identify market trends and capitalize on them has been a critical factor in her success.
