Catherine Hackney was introduced to the Higher Logic platform while part of the Membership team of a professional association and became an engaged member of multiple online communities around the same time. Those two things sparked a passion for community management and it took off from there! In 2017, Catherine launched Confident Communities Consulting after recognizing a need for specialized online community management services. Catherine has been an MVP member of HUG since 2016 and Higher Logic Partner since 2020. She currently lives in Morrison, CO with her adorable pup, Emma.
