Member Centric Communication – An ASAE Case Study

Associations are made up of the expertise of their members. In order to create engagement and resilience in the membership, communications need to be member-centric. ASAE has been living this member-centric approach by incorporating the voice of members into their major initiatives. One way they are doing this is through video, using the real stories from members to drive engagement. In this session, you will learn how ASAE is able to lift up member voices. We’ll see examples, review successes and learn from ASAE what has worked well and where they have room to grow. At the same time, you will learn the principles of how you can create a similar experience within your organization.
