Across the (Community) Universe: Automating and Scaling Onboarding and Beyond

In this session, we’ll explore how the Community team at Pragmatic Institute was able to build out a scaled onboarding program and continue that experience years into the future for alumni members. Through Higher Logic’s automation rules and extensive segmentation efforts (that include profile demographics and internal persona development), we created time- and behavior-based triggers and milestones that enabled the team to personalize and segment communications to ensure that each alumnus gets resources and information that is relevant to them at the time that it is relevant.
