Jonah Berger is a Marketing Professor at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a world-renowned expert on word of mouth, social influence, consumer behavior, and how products, ideas, and behaviors catch on. He has published dozens of articles in top‐tier academic journals, teaches Wharton’s highest rated online course, and popular accounts of his work often appear in places like The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Harvard Business Review. Berger is the bestselling author of multiple books including Contagious: Why Things Catch On (hundreds of thousands of copies are in print in over 30 languages) and Invisible Influence: The Hidden Forces that Shape Behavior. Berger is a popular speaker at major conferences and events and often consults for companies like Apple, Google, GE, Coca-Cola, Vanguard, 3M, Kaiser Permanente, Unilever, and The Gates Foundation.

Brad Klingenberg

About Brad

Brad Klingenberg is the VP of Data Science at Stitch Fix where he leads more than 30 data scientists. Brad and his team use statistics, machine learning and human-in-the-loop algorithms to optimize the inventory carried by Stitch Fix and the way it is matched to clients. Prior to joining Stitch Fix, Brad received his PhD in Statistics from Stanford University and worked as a data scientist in technology and financial services. He also serves as an advisor to opendoor.com, an online realty service.

Rob Wenger

About Rob

Rob is a successful entrepreneur and business executive with an outstanding 19-year track record in building, growing and leading high-tech companies. As the CEO of Higher Logic, his clients’ success is always top of mind. He works to positively impact each of Higher Logic’s clients using smart, collaborative technology. Prior to Higher Logic, Rob co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer for two technology firms, Active Matter, a web design and development firm that exclusively focused on the not-for-profit market and WaveFront Consulting, an information technology consulting firm.

Each firm quickly grew to profitability which led to each being acquired, WaveFront in 1998 and Active Matter in 2003. Following the acquisition of his companies, Rob held executive roles at First Consulting Group, Inc. (Stock:FCGI) and Advanced Solutions International (ASI). While at ASI, Rob served as the Principal Product Architect and designed the next generation of their popular association management software named iMIS. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University.

About Ed

For the past fifteen years, Ed has led product teams that brought new concepts to market and created software used by hundreds of millions of users. As Higher Logic’s Chief Product Officer Ed and his team are responsible for product management, user experience and design, and data analytics.

Ed’s prior experience includes executive roles with early and mid-stage technology companies, including Datamythic (a data science firm), APX (enterprise software) and netVmg (network routing software). In addition, Ed was the Director of Product Management for SharePoint at Microsoft, during which time it generated tremendous growth in revenue and users and established itself as the global leader in market share, product usage, and customer satisfaction. Early in his career Ed worked as a strategy consultant with Deloitte.

Ed has a MBA from Indiana University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science/Operations Research from Virginia Tech.
