General Conference Information

When and where is the conference?

Our 10th Annual Super Forum conference is happening November 18-20, 2019 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center (located at 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745).

What is the pre-conference Academy?

Our pre-conference workshops are offered on Monday, November 18th, a day prior to the Super Forum event.  You do not need to be a registered attendee of the Super Forum to attend our pre-conference Academy workshops.

Brand new this year, we have hands-on workshops for those looking for a deeper dive into Marketing Automation and Online Communities. And due to popular demand, we've added a Google Analytics course with instruction from an expert at General Assembly. You have the flexibility to choose any morning or afternoon workshop to craft your own schedule.  Select either of the Full Day options to receive a $50 discount.

What is included in Super Forum registration?

All scheduled events (excluding pre-conference Academy) are included with your Super Forum event registration. Meals will be provided during this time. You can look forward to dozens of learning sessions, hearing from our awesome keynote speakers, and coming All Together with us (over free food and drinks) at our SUPER fun Customer Appreciation Party!

Are there any registration restrictions?

Registration for Super Forum is limited to qualified professionals. Representatives of companies with products or services that compete with Higher Logic products and services are prohibited from attending. All registrations are subject to approval, and Higher Logic, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny or cancel any registration for any reason.


What is the registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations received up until September 18, 2019, will be fully refunded.

Cancellation refunds will not be issued after September 18, 2019.

No refunds will be made for travel, room, or any other direct or indirect expenses.

Will there be a mobile app?

Yes! The mobile app will be released a month before the event starts. You will receive an email when it is available for download.

What is the weather like in the DC area in November?

The average high in DC in November is 59 degrees with a low of 37 degrees. We often have rainy weather in November, so make sure to pack accordingly (especially if you plan to take a stroll outside around the National Harbor to enjoy the beautiful views of the Potomac River).


What should I wear?

We recommend business casual attire for the entire conference. Dress jeans are welcome. The conference ballrooms tend to be chilly, so please bring a blazer or a sweater.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

When you register, you’ll have an opportunity to indicate special dietary restrictions.


Will wireless internet be available at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center?

Yes, wireless internet will be available for all Super Forum attendees.


Will I have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Higher Logic expert?

Yes! Attendees are encouraged to schedule time with a Higher Logic staff member on our website. The schedule will be posted closer to the event date. Great news: Our Topic Pods will be back by popular demand! Stay tuned for the schedule.


Are guests allowed to attend?

Unfortunately, personal guests are not to attend the conference unless they are also registered for Super Forum.

Will conference presentations be available before Super Forum?

All conference material, including presentations, will be available on the event mobile app. The mobile app will be released one month prior to the conference.


Will my schedule be available in the mobile app?

Yes, the app will go live prior to the conference and your schedule will be updated within the app.


I’m no longer attending Super Forum. What should I do?

If you are no longer attending Super Forum, but someone will be coming in your place: Please let us know, and we will ensure that your existing registration is transferred to your substitute. Please contact Gina (gvavra@higherlogic.com) to cancel your event registration.


Remember: Cancellation refunds will not be issued after September 18, 2019.
