Over the past year, you and those you work alongside have lit a SPARK that has inspired significant change for you and your organizations. We want to celebrate those successes with Higher Logic’s Super Forum 2024 Customer Awards!

The annual Super Forum Awards spotlight our Higher Logic customers, and their accomplishments with online communities, innovation, marketing and more.

Nominations for the Super Forum 2024 Customer Awards are now closed. Winners will be announced on April 11, 2024.

When will winners be notified?​
Winners will be notified via email on March 1, 2024.

How are the winners selected?​
A panel of judges select the winners based on a number of criteria, such as:​

  • Is the nominee a current Higher Logic customer?​
  • Is the nomination form filled out completely?
  • Does the nominee meet title criteria? I.e. If they are nominated for Community manager of the Year, we will confirm they are in fact the community manager.​
  • Does the nomination form include data (as applicable) to support the submission?​

How are the winners promoted?​
External promotion of the winners will begin on April 11, 2024. Winners will be on display during Super Forum 2024 (register here) as well as celebrated via a press release (posted on HigherLogic.com and distributed via Business Wire), Higher Logic social media, email communication and the HUG and Higher Logic Vanilla Success communities. Higher Logic will also provide social graphics for winners to promote on their personal channels and physical awards will be shipped out in March 2024.​
