It is very important for you to be able to access the Higher Logic App as this is how you will access the conference schedule details. Make sure to build your agenda on the Mobile App. If you are unable to login please contact Super Forum Support ASAP - do not wait until you're onsite!
Advisory Meetings
We're setting aside 30-minute sessions for attendees to collaborate closely with our experts. It’s a unique opportunity to explore strategies for enhancing engagement with your members and customers.

CAE Credits
In order for Super Forum attendees to receive Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits for attending Super Forum sessions, you must sign-in and sign-out on the attendance log in each CAE session.
The number of credits will vary depending on which sessions you attend. The maximum number of credits for Super Forum 2025 is 6. CAE is only available for regular sessions and certain Learning Labs.
Conference Check-In/Badge Pick Up
Identification Required. You will be asked to show identification when checking in so please be prepared to show an ID. Your registration materials will include a name badge and conference swag. If you registered any guests, you would receive their name badges.
Note: Name badges MUST be worn to all conference functions.
Wi-Fi information. Your hotel room WiFi will extend to the conference meeting rooms, so no additional WiFi details are needed. If you are not staying at the hotel, please visit the registration desk for assistance.
